They are unfortunately not open to helping businesses in the area and we had immense problems renewing our residential mortgage (error after error, document lost, not received,) which resulted in us having a mortgage of 6 months at 8% interest. Luckily we had pictures and transaction numbers to prove the error was on their side. We still lost our initial interest rate because of it. In short ! Either we are unlucky or they are unfortunately not competent ... Business side we had to travel a few times to re-sign papers (error on the part of the sales advisor)
