I Can't speak for the rest of the branch, but Jackson at the front was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!

I usually find BMO quite difficult to deal with as you're often given the run around - call the 1-800 number, go into the branch, etc. I'm not often given a very quick answer to any of my inquiries. With that being said I was a pleasantly surprised when I went into the branch last week and got everything I needed to sort out super quickly and without any hassle at all. The man I was speaking to (Jackson) was super friendly and helpful.

Well, I've been trying to contact BMO for almost a week now. Been passed around from branch to their 1-800 number back to the branch. The people at the 1-800 said they don't deal with that and to deal with the branch. People at the branch said they don't deal with that and to contact the 1-800 number. Finally they gave me the assistant manager's (Kanesha Sutherland) direct line and said she SHOULD be able to help. I called on Friday June 21, called on Monday June 24, Tuesday, June 25, and Wednesday, June 26 - all those times I left a message for Ms. Sutherland (funny her voicemail says something like please leave a message and i will "CERTAINLY" return your call the same day). Well, I have not heard back. So unprofessional.
