Big lack of confidentiality at the counter, for a change of ATM card I had to count personal things in addition to saying the amount of money in my accounts in the presence of people around, big lack of good manners and discretion. (very disappointed with the service).

This morning my spouse and I went to carry a check for a fairly high amount. We had to be present both to sign and suddenly show our identity cards. My spouse gave the check asking to deposit it in the savings account, the employee said without problem without asking for any card and said that everything was fine. I then said that it was not normal especially considering the amount of the check. Anyone could have carried it and deposited it in his account without checking the names and depositing it. In addition to that, the check has been put in the Chequing account while it has been specified that it will be deposited in a savings account! I rarely write reviews but honestly I really did not like it.
