The payment at the pumps which does not work every other week, it looks like a strategy to force people to enter the convenience store which is not very responsible in times of pandemic. In short, you have lost a customer!
Very good service go to Cloe
I agree with you Google user, for more than three years I have been going to this convenience store and never have I had a smile from a particular person. I tried to say hello and good day to her several times but it remained of marble. When working in customer service, the least thing is to at least smile. "A smile costs nothing and brings a lot".
However, I want to say congratulations to all the other courteous and smiling employees :)
