Very bad service !!! No reminder from the M. for the opening of the estate account to my mother !! I try to phone never answer…. At the last appointment the M. gave 3x the appointment !!!! and the last time by no means listened to what I was saying and the duration not even 5 minutes !!!! We are in mourning, already it is not easy to do all the legwork… .. rotten service if I could give 0 I would….

Maybe you should think about changing your opening hours on Google, I just moved from another city, because there is no branch where I live, and for nothing because it is closed. Written on the internet closes at 5 p.m. ..... very unpleasant ...

Gandalf the gray would tell you - FLEE, FLEE. FLEE advisers who tell you one thing one day and your opposite the next week. Flee a counselor, Joanne B is her incompetence. Despite a phone meeting scheduled for a certain hour, I had to call her back to refresh her memory and of course no excuses on her part for her 20-minute delay. As for his advice, I would say third-rate. FLEE a director who doesn't call you back. Flee this bank that has no empathy for its customers. There are other branches in the area that offer you much better service.

When I started at BMO about 17 years ago, the service was more than 5 stars. For about 4-5 years, who have given with some departures in the staff, the quality of the service has decreased a bit. And most importantly, difficult to speak quickly to someone from the branch (phone). The people at the checkout are very courteous and helpful.

I have rarely seen the same, as many of the comments here, people who have lost long hours and a lot of energy to interact with the employees of this branch, I suggest you do not go in, the definitions of a Rusty bureaucracy, financial advisors are systematically late for each of their appointments, poorly informed about their clients and unable to deal with their customers in a human way or to meet their advertising promises.
