If I could put fewer stars, that's for sure what I would do. every time I wanted to get help with my mortgage, loan and so on, it was always complicated. The first time I dealt with someone for a new mortgage, I got screwed and he was very arrogant. I refrain from giving his name !!! When my mortgage was renewed 5 years ago, I promised myself to change banks, but I stayed because the new agent, Ms. Perreault, was very nice and offered me a rate that was very good at this moment, so I re-signed even though I had a very bitter taste of this institution. Subsequently, I applied for a personal loan on the eve of re-signing my new mortgage agreement and it was very complicated. Ms. Perreault was no longer there (on leave) so I dealt with someone else. Nothing worked, even the manager of this branch could do nothing (and arrogant in addition !!!) The rate was not competitive with the rest of the market. As I already wanted to leave, I turned to BMO de Granby, with whom it was very easy, they immediately gave me the market rates and even lower, they grouped the loans together with a better rate and more than reasonable payments. A line of credit at a half rate from the National bank and etc. In summary, I do not recommend that you be a client of Banque National de Granby. I closed all my accounts except one, because in case a loan goes through, even after giving my new number of debits. Ironically, 3 out of 4 loans went to the BNC rather than the BMO !!! More than three weeks after my request. BYE BYE BNC GRANBY, NEVER AGAIN !!!

The telnal service is very good, but phew the Granby Bnc I don't know what is going on but the mortgage service is very bad my first meeting was at the end of February and still nothing signed. I am completely forgotten and I always have to get in touch to find out what is going on. A lot of staff changes are discouraging and it just makes you want to take all my money out and invest it in another bank. I have been a customer for more than 25 years: /
