Pretty clean and got ATM. Not sure if the atm part open at night.
The girl at reception is not very helpful, not kindly.
Staff helping and able to serve me despite the fact that I have no identity document (lost wallet and waiting for cards, you know the struggle). I don't have a debit card either so a lot of counter ... And 95% of the time it was the same two young women who were in post and who took the time to authenticate me anyway. Impeccable and friendly service. I never thought I would say that of a bank but ... 5 stars. Thank you for making this financial stretch of my life easier over the past few months. And thank you for returning my old passport that I had left on the counter in September!
Never open at convenient times. Always a single counter clerk available who serves salespeople and individuals, even if there are 3 or 4 on the floor. We often come up against a locked door because the opening hours are very limited. If you work full time during the week, there is a good chance you will never be able to access counter services. Deplorable with so many service charges every month.
Not enough staff and very limited opening hours. The service is always very slow too. Disappointing...
