I was there this morning to fill gas and the clerk at the till was rude and unprofessional to me when I was trying to explain to him with my broken French that I need to pre-pay for gas and he's response was sorry I don't understand and he looked at the next person in line and that person did tell him too that I'm trying to pre-pay for gas and he ignored what the guy said too and continued to working!

No paper at the pump
In covid time I decided to pay at the pump to avoid going inside but even before the covid there was no paper. C flat !!!
I tell the comis who tell me I'm not a computer scientist to change that
Nice place for crossers
I went to refuel at your dealership and I had a valid coupon from today, 29/08. The coupon was not activated in your systems, while it was supposed to give me the indicated discount. I still kept the receipt, and the employee did not know what to do in my situation. I find it a shame to have promotions, but not to be able to apply them to the transaction in question. Thank you for the return.
