The meeting ended the next day, he reminds me telling me that there is a document missing that he never asked me for (email in support) I have to go back to the branch so that they can scan my documents. Seriously me and my girlfriend we already have our 2 mortgages and we will transfer our checking accounts our credit cards as well as our lines of credit. Seriously it's a glaring lack of efficiency and then we wonder why it costs $ 15 per month in fees to use our own account / $ is because of the inefficiency of the staff and the bank itself- even. I withdraw 1 star because I expect to be able to use the transactional site without having to take 20 min of my time to call support.
