I worked there and frankly people are very nice debit/credit machine is very slow though as it is in every couche-tard convenience store. Past that its 5/5 would work/shop there again

I went to put gas in a company car, by mistake, the cassier applied my personal gasoline discount (which I had asked not to apply) of $ 0.90 per liter. Which meant that I lost nearly $ 70 of gasoline ... the cashier in question told me he was sorry but he could not do anything and therefore told me to come back the next day morning to speak with his manager Martin Belzile. The next day, I showed up on site to discuss with Mr. Belzile and this last one did not have at all the area to want to help me nor even to assume the error of his cashier ... I go to ALL days in Couche Tard to buy my daily products and gasoline but I think it was the last time ... Not at all professional service

Very disappointed with the reception of the cashier this morning. I went to inflate my tires but the machine did not work so I went inside to explain my case and there big disappointment I was almost thrown and even called a thief what interest for me to extract or steal a dollar 50 Cent this gentleman told me that if it did not work it was my problem that he could not reimburse me because he did not know if I had really put $ 1.50 I told him dear sir if I had to steal something from you it wouldn't be a dollar fifty I never stole anything in my life I just saw you to inform you that your equipment was not working where it was possibly frozen and this gentleman m said that it was not his problem I am very disappointed why pay more for gasoline if it is to have a poor dishonest and disrespectful reception service yes I am very angry it deeply touched me thank you Couche-Tard
