Worst bank, not able to keep $ 10,000 in cash at the counter
It has been my bank principle for at least 10 years. The service is much better than many other institutions where I have had accounts. BMO is very competitive when it comes to mortgage and personal loan interest rates. I love the counter service. It's always a pleasure to see Donna. I recommend this place.
I received a very good service when I went there the person who used me the name of Donna was very kind and answered all my questions that I had!
Whenever I go to this over-the-counter, I come out frustrated.
BMO has returned to a bank that disparages its customers, it was always with great condescension that I was received.
I was even asked to withdraw my money from grocery stores since their ATMs are broken half the time.
Not only do I not feel respected, but I am downright insulted by the awful service they give. The sale of their financial products is done in a disrespectful way, and they do not accept a courteous refusal on our part, if they get a "no" they will find a way to make you feel like a fool who misses out a wonderful opportunity.
I advise you to avoid this place, but you will have to take your pain in patience, because their opening hours and their number of branches is so reduced it could be that you are forced to go there.
