Because of the incompetent workers at this branch, who fail to recognize a MACHINE PRINTED, PRE-AUTHORISED inheritance cheque, for the past week i have been treated like a criminal by account security. Not to mention the delay for a normal cheque is 7 business days max and im sitting on day 7, hearing it will be ready in 5 more days after hearing that the cheque is supposed to be on HIGH PRIORITY, im kinda miscontent.
If you have high volumes of money to move, don't do buisiness with this branch, since personally this whole experience makes me want to switch banks as soon as my funds are available.
I can't take your codes anymore and I can't see my account anymore. Soon I will no longer be part of your clientele.
