I know this is an obligation but no I do not need your credit card with almost magical benefits according to you .... Thank you I know very well what is a TFSA and no I am not interested. No, I did not come for a personal loan if you look closely at the appointment form you will know the reason for my presence.
Very disappointed with this financial institution that hides behind the word cooperative. The times I went to this location the people seemed to want to force me to take their products vs what I was looking for.
First of all, I would like to mention that only one person influencing my opinion, the receptionist at the entrance to the establishment, looked one of the stupidest people I have ever seen. It was the last time I returned to this box.
No service, many expenses, no desire to help the customer. I closed my account, and left with Tangerine. A satisfied customer is a customer who is not at Desjardins.
From the big darling, they make you wait 1 hour in the lobby when you have an appointment. The girl arrived without justification
