Very disappointed with your customer service ..... a few months ago I opened an account with you. I specified that I would not use it much so I did not want a monthly plan ..... the first months everything was fine. Today I will check in my account and without notice we are now withdrawing 10.95 per month which means that my account is negative by more than $ 20! So without being deigned to send me a letter, you allowed yourself to take more than $ 10 per me. Hey well if one day I had considered transferring my mortgages with you .... believe me it is settled .... I was charged $ 32 to close my account ... I consider this to be theft of your part. Ah yes and by the way although I mentioned my disappointment to the cashier she looked more like a woman who was very anxious to end her week because she did not offer me any solution after making me wait several minutes that she finishes her discussion on her hobbies with her colleague! That may explain why this bank seems so uncrowded !!
