Very poor mortgage service from one of their employees, we had taken steps to be pre-approved and endorsed in February, everything was supposedly correct according to this employee, but when we finally found our house, impossible to to reach him, he did not answer the phone and did not return his calls, finally when everyone was able to sign the offer to purchase he returned our call, I asked what he needed, he told me only asked for the signed offer, and was sent our file to finalize the loan, after more than 1 week and a half we had no news and he no longer answered the phone, we went there for him talk and we were told that it looked bad, it was silly again and we changed mortgage broker to be told that our file was practically empty !!! We were neither pre-approved nor endorsed, nothing had been done for our loan, tons of papers were missing! I have to leave my accommodation for July 1, we have a baby coming for July 2, it's been a month and a half that we are trying to settle this, I could end up on the street with a baby born in cause of this employee. A complaint will be filed soon for sure.

Very bad reputation! The staff is very stupid with you he never reminded me, false information given, file bad (not) complete. Go everywhere except there. Save your time and energy elsewhere. Do not do business with O. D. Worst advisor

I had a good experience on a human level, the people working there are very pleasant but unfortunately the financial products and services which are offered there are simply not up to what the competition offers! The service fees are totally inflated and exaggerated!
