I got stuck in the car wash on Sunday October 4, 2020 in Nicolet, for at least twenty minutes. I tried to call the clerk and the number the Internet gave me no longer existed! I had to contact my sister to come and notify the clerk. I experienced great anguish, anxiety, and panic !!! It was traumatic! The customers and the clerk could not hear and see me either, even though I was honking constantly !!! I would like to be compensated for this BAD incident! There should be cameras so the clerk can see when you are caught and there should be some indication so that you can leave the area! I didn't know there was a hidden door !!!!

My job consists in testing the various qualities of washing of several car washes in the Mauricie region during the last six months in the sector of three rivers becancour I was going to give mention to duojet because their car washes of an exceptional efficiency but I came to try the last car wash of the two regions and I fell on the shell of nicolet five days ago in the evening the car dryer leaves something to be desired but we don't care the quality of the washing is impressive a lot of soap Rain x wax water foam just perfect with the color games used I have to come and try it again this evening and then I would name the best car wash inter shore in Mauritius and know that it is currently in the front row

Very bad service. I was sold a car wash. When it was not open. Even if the station was open and it was not 9 pm. The clerk never wanted to reimburse me. Even if I explained to him that I was 1 hour away ... That I would not come back. She never wanted to reimburse me for a service in the background that she was unable to give me. I don't know .. but me anyway to be in business. I do not sell what I cannot offer to my customers. And her assistant manager, I asked her to call her. Thing she did. And he, in turn, gave me the same speech. I got myself, so stole $ 15. It is not bcp, you will say to me. In principle, this is not done if everything. The latter, should have informed me that I will not be able to wash my car this evening. Very very bad service and enormously disappointed. In addition, the same clerk, whom I would describe as very incompetent, sold two more car washes to two other people. Knowing, very well that they could not wash their vehicle. I find it really absurd and profiteering and even thief !!
