BMO Bank of Montreal

I will rate this branch and BMO for one star only. I been doing so many appointment here before but they could not give me good solution for my needs. They keep me fill in the blank all the time they're not helping. Then they closed all my accounts that I could not access anymore . Now I contacted BMO they want me to visit the branch in person.

I would give this bank a 0 star if i could.... I have been banking here for the last 10 years and they always come up with new ways to show their true colors... I have been trying to renew my mortgage and yet again the loans mangers try to pull the wool over our eyes... HLOC surprises on rate hikes... trying to get us to pay more than the rates are at on the mortgage. Trying to get us to commit to a product that isn't in our best interest... An appraisal that came in way below Tax Assessed values.. on and on... my advise STAY CLEAR. Go to a bank where they genuinely care.

Run away from this place. far away. **note any 5 star review on here is fake made up by some "local guide" lol

Please never do a mortgage with these people. If you are a first time buyer (with minimum down payment) they will force you to pay property taxes through them. That has been a HUGE headache after they overcharged me for an entire year... they only way to get the taxes reevaluated is to call in. If not they will continue to overcharge you and collect interest on your money. Can't wait for my contract to be up.

If you are a small business owner I would highly suggest you choose a different financial institution to have your accounts with. Nadine Matti is a business advisor who clearly does not know how to do her job. Due to false information and lack of communication and poor time management/not respecting appointments she has cost my business money and made me look bad in front of my clients. BMO should be embarrassed to have such a poorly trained "Business Manager" representing them.
