I recently moved all my financial needs from Scotiabank (which I was at nearly 30 years) to ATB North and I wish I would have made the move much sooner. The friendly staff at ATB North are amazing, customer service is excellent, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend ATB North to my friends and family for all their financial services. Proud to be an ATB client!!

Nelson Braz went above and beyond to help me solve a rather difficult issue with my Capital One MC. For some reason Capital put my account on hold when I pay my bills (in full) every month. They (Capital) had an internal issue, which was not my fault nor was this the ATB's fault but it took many long phone conversations (long waits on hold). I elevated the issue to a supervisor level but that didn't seem to help. After a few frustrating days, Nelson offered to call Capital directly. The next day after Nelson called them, Capital called me back and apologized for their internal error. If this was not my Costco card I would have shredded it for good. My husband and I (and our business) have been with ATB for over 30 years. We have always received excellent service and are always greeted by name. Last month I needed help with a situation on my mother and my joint account. They went the extra mile to help me straighten things out and their kindness should be recognized. I have done banking with several banking institutions over the years and ATB has been the only one that truly works FOR its clients. When my daughter needed a car loan for a used car that was older than 7 years, she was offered a 12% interest rate loan by her financial institution that she had been with for 20 years. She spoke with ATB St Albert North, where she received a loan with a loan with a much better interest rate. ATB really does Walk the Talk when they say, "Banking that works FOR people". I don't hesitate to recommend ATB to my friends and family for all their financial services.

This branch is consistently helpful and attentive! I use this branch for my business account, and often need customer service. The cashiers and other personnel always go that extra step to make sure things are done right, and that service is faster than the line-up whenever possible.
