CIBC Branch with ATM

Called for bank help that wasn’t showing on my Cibc app. The wait call is over 30 minutes. I had to go back into class and hang up! Ridiculous in my opinion. In person is 100% better.

I will never use this bank again. I received an inheritance from a deceased Aunt who did her banking with this company. The run around they do is ridiculous, I understand you were losing a chunk of change because I wanted to move the money to RBC where I've banked at for many years and have accounts with. Retrieving the money from here was insaine apparently only one person in the whole branch could do that, they were away on holidays for 3 weeks or so and rarely there afterwards. When you do get the chance to sit with them its " you need to invest in this, that and here's visacard this and Mastercard that with these benefits." You guys cant take N.O. For an answer I guess. BEWARE ALSO after all was said and done and i was told everything was closed, I received a statement saying I owed fees for an account that i was told was closed.

We had an appointment for getting a small overdraft and our CIBC banker went through all our loans and helped us get lower interest to pay off our dept faster and went above and beyond for us. Literally never had a better banking experience!

Nice staff and very helpful! Way better experience here than at the other CIBC!

They even have paid Staff believe it or not That Will right now Hang up on Customers, over a failed Cibc simple & totally failed Bank Trasnfer of funds & that's without even using Vulgar Lingo $ 20.00 bucks a month this bellegerent socalled bank will happilly Money Grab every time for a simple saving's account.& CIBC Want $5.00 for a Simple Printout of your Requested Bank account monthly Statement. Talk about Gangland type Tatics. Same thing the Mafia does with there goon customers.
