It’s good the bank is a good one. I would recommend using there bank. There e-transfer works really good!

If i could give 0 stars i wd. Impossible to get through by phone. So super automated if u dont follow along its impossible to get through.if u dont divulge a credit card number or a bank number its impossible to speak to anyone. Worst banking experience ever.

I have dealt with RBC at the Grande Prairie Main Branch in order to apply for a business loan and business visa card. The experience i have passed through is equal to a torture due to the inefficiency of the business account manager who handled my application. Some of the bad experience I have encountered are the account manager never reply to my emails or phone calls, never been transparent in the process, and long processing time to finish application. After the loan was secured, I have applied for business visa card and I am begging her to answer my phone or reply to my emails. This is the worst experience I have every had and do not want any one to pass through this.

I took my disabled dad into get his account statement to AISH which was printed off by an RBC employee, then he was told THEY CANNOT FAX IT to his AISH worker... its against RBC policy. Nothing is open, he cannot take it into AISH..so we are now driving around town looking for somewhere thats open with a fax machine... my dad is disabled and can barely walk, so this is just a slap in the face. Thanks RBC The workers are extremely unsympathetic.. we are in the middle of moving our RSPS and accounts over to TD bank as you actually get a HUMAN when you call... and have way better customer service.

useless service, unable to respond to my demande! back to Vancouver, in 30mn all done!
