Very dissatisfied with service by this bank. Trying to pay off our mortgage and have had numerous phone calls with contradictory instructions. They still have not deducted a check for thousands of dollars from my balance due, even though I have proof they deposited my check at their bank two weeks ago! Not returning phone calls about this matter. Terrible way to treat customers.

useless bank thats not even open on Weekends its time to step up your game and work in the 21st century.

Phone service is horrible !!! What a waste of time. Scotia Bank service is non existant.

It seems most customer service reps forget our bank fees and our mortgages help pay their wages. After going in to pay out a loan the first lady I saw was rude and almost turned me away from paying unless I called in to the service department myself. Luckily she passed me off to a much friendlier service representative who was very helpful.

Can’t get nobody on phone.
