TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very poor service at this TD brunch. I needed a paper for immigration and they didn’t know a simple way of doing that after everything was ready to go I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get 2 pieces of paper printed out.

The worst customer service ever I swear I have been there about four times and the four times the tellers the customer service people are so rude so not helpful.. I hope whoever is higher in charge they could make some changes in this branch I personally wouldn't want to come here back again but it's so close to my house sometimes I have no choice this is the only TD Bank when I go it's so upsetting

This location has treated me quite well. Especially helpful today and pleasant in assisting my complicated transfer. Had many issues at other locations but fairly consistent here.

Very disappointed by branch manager Kiersten Sirianni. Minimum effort vis a vis clients and duties. After painstakingly making progress in resolving an error on the branches part. It took her less than 20 secs to erase everyone's effort by saying "no". Even though the branch was at fault. We were there for 2 hours plus, couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge us (30 ft away), or even address us. This in spite of their oversight. Not a good manager, not a good role model... Highly recommend retraining or demotion. We transferred out as soon as possible (new clients).

Service attitude is extremely ignorant at this location. The front desk guy is extremely rude when I entered the bank he said “You cannot just come in like that, next time wait at the door” I went in there only because the ATM was not working. And later he sprayed the sanitizer in the air in front of it’s like I’m bacteria or something. Will never visit this TD location again. The representative did not even lift her eyes up when helping me.
