The women who work here are extremely rude, one younger girl in particular is so bad i now go out of my way to visit other gas stations even though I live down the street from this one. The staff (the one female in particular) should recognize that there are many other choices for gas stations in the area and they should correct how they treat and speak to their customers if they want to continue serving any.

The charges more than other shop I ask for smoke and coke I have to paid 26 dollars I refused and went to Seven elven got the same brand of smoke and a coke for 19 dollars

My complaint is the price gauging that occurs during peak hours, the owner up the price by 10cents/L or more than other gas station in the neighbourhood. Way to rip off your neighbourhood Shell owners, it’s gross. I will refuse to support this business until this practice ends. It sucks because this Shell is in such a convenient location to my home.

Horrible customer service. Very nasty young woman at the counter. She is the same way every time I go there
