The directional signs at the car wash aren't operating properly, when I tried to speak the the attendant she didn't give me a chance to explain what was going on. Found her extremely frustrating to deal with. And stop trying to up sell. If I wanted fuel I would ask for it, if I wanted a drink I would get one and buy it.

Smart move Shell. Six months into Covid and the only way to get a car wash code is to go inside the shop. Safety first.

I have been using this store for long. Your staff the guy who has been working afternoon needs to know how to treat customers. He his rude, I don’t think he likes the job. He becomes mad when he asked for help. I tried to be patient but he is the same on another day. I hit 3 star that is for the girl so polite, helpful, love her job. I won’t suggest this place as long as you choose bad customer service than your customers

Typical of what a gas station should be. Has a mart and Tim Hortons as well.
