Staff rolling their eyes at you while talking on the phone with their family

Bought gas worth $100, walked into the store for some snacks and the clerk literally looked at me waiting to pay as I was standing behind another guy with whom they were chatting in Gujerati (or whatever) for a full 5 minutes. The guy wasnt buying anything and from the tone, they were in a casual conversation. I walked back to the fridge , returned the soda and snacks I had picked up and walked out of the store. The clerk did not even bat an eye and didn't care! I called from my car to speak with the manager and the same clerk gleefully told me that the manager was not in! We have 5 trucks that always fill up at this station but that is the last they will see any of our vehicles. We work too hard just to keep our customers and I wont be paying for sloppy service, not when there are 4 other gas stations within minutes of this one.

Great customer service. Brand new touch-less car wash. Very satisfied overall.

Excellent customer service 👍!! I didn't have my Visa card with me I forgot it at my house and the worker helped me and introduced me on how to use the shell easy pay app! Fantastic! 👍

Bad service, employees are always talking on their phone.
