This company is absolutely pathetic. Do not work for them and most importantly do not hire them. They have unlicensed guards (which is a huge fine not to mention illegal). They have unsafe company vehicles that Sean ( part owner of ATM) fixes him self ( not a mechanic)... I was driving their SUV when a tire came flying completely off the SUV. They also allow intoxicated/ under the influence guards work. Sean ( company owner ) had shown up to a guards location in which he was called there to bail the guard out of Mudd as he had the company vehicle stuck. When Sean showed up the guard was drunk and Sean asked him if he was drunk... Acknowledging that he was indeed drunk Sean allowed the guard to stay and work on a construction site. The guard also left site in a company vehicle drove downtown after drinking onsite and getting Sean a speeding ticket. So if these are the type of guards you are looking for ATM is your company to hire.

Just imagine entering a Luxury building and being greeted by a gum-chewing, bored looking security guy that assumes that everyone crossing the door is a potential criminal. If you're looking for a security guard for an illegal bar in Forest Lawn, then look no further: ATM Protective Services is what you need. But if your looking for security services for a Luxury Condo or any building in which decent people is expected at the main door, then please keep looking. These guys (it's a family company) firmly believe that their job is to make access as difficult as possible. They are unhelpful, rude, uncooperative, and despite a nice looking uniform, very unprofessional.

If you work for ATM you will be working long days and will only get one day off a week. They pay just over minimum wage and the job was awful, after getting fed up of the job I quit with no notice and he reduced all may wages to minimum wage. Which is against labour laws. So glad I left when I did! Worst job I have ever had. No benefits, no time off. Look else where. Owners are very unprofessional.
