As a once local and now cross boarder customer, I've found my home branch in Sechelt extremely helpful and understanding with my correspondence and banking needs via Internet, mail and phone. As for the TD call centers that is a whole other issue, but as for this particular branch I would give it 5 stars.
They Know Who You Are
Went in for an issue on my account on thursday morning. Spoke to a very nice lady and left. The issue popped up again shortly after, so had to go back to the bank in the afternoon
Must of been a shift change, the dark haired lady working was highly rude and would not listen to the issue and did not care that we were just there about 3 hours prior in regards to the issue.
Pretty sad when someone is inquiring or talking about their account to just have someone talk down to you, especially when we were just there seeing what was going on. Maybe the day time staff needs to give some customer service training to the afternoon staff.
Incredibly helpful & friendly staff, couldn't ask more for customer service!
