Me and my family visited this place last week, my wife went inside to get half cup of Hot water for our baby to warm up his milk bottle, but Guy named PAUL was very rude and he wanted us to charge for Coffee, i am also working in Gas Station Industry for almost 6 years but never misbehaved like him for half cup of water for small baby. After he said NO to my wife, i went inside the store and ask to pay for water, but he said you have to pay for Coffee and started arguing with me and told me to get out from the store. Then we went to Petro Canada and get it right away Hot water for our baby. There is no HUMANITY left these days. Its is so sad to see like this in this beautiful Country.

Coming from Alberta, and stopped off at this Shell as we needed the washroom. This place didn’t seem too busy at the time. So we pulled in. Asked the cashier, Paul, if he had any washrooms. With the most aggressive tone I have ever heard from a cashier throughout our trip to Vancouver. Said “Well did you gas up? If no then you can’t use the washroom.” I then proceeded to let him know that we are coming from Alberta.. so he then said “Buy something then you can use the washroom.” Let me point it out, there is NO SIGN that says Bathrooms are for guests Only. If there was a sign, I would have respectfully purchased something. Not to mention the washrooms are outside. So not only are the washrooms outside but this Paul ruined our moods.. so the next time People are coming from a long drive. Don’t give them attitude Paul and expect to have Respect back when you weren’t your best self today. This place wasn’t worth my 1 Star but I needed to review your cashier, Paul. Horrible temper.

My husband and I stopped in on one of our morning walks. The service we received from Maria was horrific. She glared at us as she unlocked the door as she came in from outside and continued her snotty treatment as though we were lower class. I could not believe her lack of customer service. As we left the store she told us to " have a safe one " as tho we were trash! Absolutely offended and will never shop there again

involved in a rear ender on Hwy 5 and pulled in to the Shell station to await the RCMP. ' W hile looking at the damage discovered the bumper was rubbing the left rear tire rendering the car undrivable. Lynn, a station employee looked long and hard for a crowbar so we could get the bumper off the tire.Not finding one she went home and brought back two crowbars and with her help the car once again became driveable. Kudos to Lynn and a great big thank you. Alan and Joan , Kamloops B.C.

We stopped to gas up on our way back home to the coast. We had a 15 cent off coupon from shopping at Safeway. We use these coupons regularly and usually have no problem. We went in to see the attendant and presented the coupon and prepaid. We headed back to the pump and noticed that price hadn't dropped the 15 cents like normal, we went back in and questioned the attendant and they said it was good to go and would be deducted/reflected at the end. We filled up and sure enough the liters to price were not reflecting the coupon discount. We went back in and asked the attendant about this and their response was that I guess the coupon didn't scan and they gave us the coupon back. We asked them to re-scan the coupon and refund the price difference. They refused and said they couldn't do that. (Which I don't believe for a second. I think they were too lazy to do their job and bother to void the transaction and redo it... Or worse yet, they knew all along what they were doing and purposely didn't want to honor the coupon.) We had a ferry to catch and didn't have time to waste arguing with them further. To add injury to insult, as we left we saw several of the neighboring gas stations to be 8 cents cheaper. So not only did we not save 15 cents per liter, we actually paid 8 cents more than we needed to. I was very disappointed with the service at this station.
