No matter what you deposit a check from the Desjardins cashier and it takes their time as if you had no funds rewritten the bank today. When it is time to give me my money its not in a hurry. You are strong for charge us with fees i clear my credit card its at zero and you charge me $ 44 with thief gang fees. i called for information your staff yé really unprofessional and not able to tell me why there was nothing of clear in these really ridiculous explanations 😂😂😂

Very very disappointing. Before, it was easy to call this branch for service (I have been a customer for over 25 years). Now I keep running into their voicemail or if I'm lucky someone answers me, but he's in a call center!
