The worst customer service possible. They really make me to take steps to close all my CIBC businesses relationship. I do not recommend any human being go there and have to endure such unnecessary pain. And do not bother trying to contact management. I have called and let several phone messages and never heard from them. This place most be closed or change management. I have to say there are some staff members there that do not deserve such a bad grab.

Went in today and there was only one lady at the front desk who was talking on the phone. 2 clients were before us so everybody was waiting for that lady to finish her call. 20 mins after, the lady was still on the phone and seems to be super relax, completely ignore people who are waiting for her.
Conclusion: there is another CIBC branch on taschereau. thank you

Thought the “receptionist “ at the front did not bother letting her know I arrived and was busy chatting with another colleague.
Staff unfriendly and unprofessional.If you need them they will scare you with their poor knowledge or attitude. The lady on the front desk was mean every time I come in and one time i had some transfer between bank accounts and she told me it will take between 1 to 3 months when instead it was only 1 to 3 days. I had to ask again and again...even the director of the bank subsidiary acted so sure about it...I'm still scared to go back.I don't' know what to expect from this branch.
One of the worst bank experience ever.... Was waiting for 20 min, a lady said just wait here we r gonna call u, one person at the front desk to help everyone 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. Thanks but not thanks for no service
