I also have a business account with NBC and since Covid 19 my branch is closed and I come here and the staff in this branch is very unprofessional specially a bunch of old ladies with weird interaction and behaviour and I hope NBC Listen to their clients and hire professional staff and if it continues like this I have to change my bank.
I have a business account with them. So unprofessional. They've made mistakes several times and each time, they say it's human. Really?! Unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere as I am in the process of doing. Let's just say this branch is NOT a stellar one- the minimum is not even achievable here.

served by a brunette lady in her 60s really unpleasant. Damage first time in this branch that I get served like that. Too bad it does not reflect the sign and the usual staff.
