I have never got the service I needed here, not even once. I find the bank just tells you what you want to hear so you that you can leave them alone. I spoke to this bank before depositing a bank draft that they will verify it and then not put a hold. When I arrived at the bank they said they don’t verify it and it will be a full hold... after arguing they said they will fax they other bank and have an answer in a few hours and will release the hold. I told them it’s important since I have a transaction to do over the weekend that is why I got a draft done instead. So it is now the long weekend and after leaving 7 messages on Thursday and Friday no one called back, the hold is still there and I lost my transaction. I wonder if the tables were turned the bank would sue, maybe I should as well. The least they could have done is called me back... very bad service.

Worst banking experience ever. Issue with account setting and receiving wire transfer, keep getting charges that shouldn't have been charged, nearly impossible to talk to staff or manager, non-caring employee. The list goes on and on and on. I would like to believe that this is specific only to this branch only, not the entire RBC group. Role example for giving away customers. Not impressed, actually very negatively impressed. 👎

Awful customer service. Lady was not able to explain anything, not even find account number or recognise brach number from first attempt. Came to sign up cheching account papers and they have sent me home to wait for phone call appointment. Why? Because that's what i need. No one was able to explain how i will sign over the phone neither the details of the appointment they gave me. Lady got mad at me when i tried to change appointmnet time.
