Seriously, all the employees ( mainly the manager) need rigorous training on how online transactions work!! And they need to be courteous to the account holders. When I asked for cash, the lady who was in the business section doesn't even have the minimum courtesy towards customers. They don't have minimum knowledge on payee/transactions, how to track those, they just try to bluff you and say its your mistake, I had to lose over 7 grand because I was not aware if the transaction was through or no, they blame me that I dont know how to do a online transaction!! I didn't get a receipt and transaction doest show up in my transaction history, how would I know it went through? its a matter of over 7K, you would may be care if its your money missing!! Such a pity, I am planning to move my account!!

I waited an hour for a cheque. 7 teller desks with only 2 clerks on an after rush. Time for a site revamp.

I standed for 15 minuts in the business line on Saturday cause I had a deposit. Nobody aknowledge my presence after a while I asked how come the non business line is going so fast and nobody is asking me for something and they told me that on Saturday there's no business line... What the hell !!! they could of told me that way before and I had to go back to the end of the non business line...Not professional at all. They did not even care...There is no way I could of known this specific detail ... not written anywhere. I will try to convince the owner of the company to change bank...worst service ever (or maybe the race thing played a role)
