I went there to close my account.There was a lady who seems to be around 50 years old. She gave me my worst experience in a bank. She declined to close my account and gave me a hard time by using ugly words such as "you don't understand", "it's not my responsibility", and much more.
I believe TD should punish such clerks and teach them how they have to talk and behave with clients.
I went to another branch and a nice guy helped me to easily close my account.
I don't recommend this branch at all!
In this place I had the worst experience ever. They gave me a confirmed appointment and after a week when I arrived I found someone else with the same repressive I supposed to see. simply, they said it was because of the system. It is strongly recommend you avoid this branch.

I can definitely understand the circumstances of being vigilant nowadays. I understand that the branch could get crowded with the new policies and procedures implemented due to the dangers of the virus. I expected the service to be longer and walked in accepting the slower service I was going to receive... However, X was straight up disrespectful and gave a poor quality service. From the moment I walked into her office she aggressively told me to stay back and immediately I was uncomfortable. She was clearly rushing me and did not even attempt to explain anything* whenever I asked for further explanation. She would simply reply, “I’m only here to open an account for you”. She said that 4 times, she sighed 3 times, she rolled her eyes in front of me, she was humming a song and she looked at her phone... All that within the 15-20 minutes I was in her office. *It was only towards the end when I told her I did not want to open an account that she wanted to explain further... Fear of loss maybe?! The worst part is that nobody was waiting for her, the bank tellers were the ones in a rush and not her. She had me waiting for the appointment when she was not even busy... I can definitely expand more on the horrible service that I have received from X. I truly hope that she was transferred from another TD branch for the time being because I do not want to see her again and hope that nobody experiences what I experienced. I’m truly disgusted, I was self quarantined for 14 days and had to break the streak because I was obliged to go to the branch to open an investment account, opening an investment account was very important to me but I was unable to do so because I did not get the help that I needed. If I get notified that she was in fact transferred to that branch for the time being, I will definitely delete my comment. I typically like going there when I need to, it is near my house and the workers are always kind.

Worst Td branche ever, there was a very rude employee there, was talking to with a huge hate for no reason!
