Very disappointed with how the young bit they hired to give numbers he was extremely rude give me attitude he was upset cause I left I don’t not want to wait a hour in line wen I came back he gives me attitude very arrogant the bZnk teller was nice the boy a assol!!

I have walked by this branch many times. I've recently noted the hours it's opened and thought "What a convenience - even Sundays!" So I opened up an account and dealt with Jacquelyn. In all my years of banking, I have never received such exceptional service. I had to shake my head when I left because I just assumed all banks were the same. From Jacquelyn through to the Receptionist who was helpful as soon as I entered the branch, I felt I was acknowledged and respected. I am really glad I chose this branch of this bank.

They are under staffed, making it hard for customers who need proper service to be accomidated. Some of the tellers and especially the branch manager was impolite and unproffesional. One experience had me bringing in change that my 3 year old son saved up and the machine that collected the change was broken so i brought it to the teller and she refused to take it because it wasnt rolled up. Another time i came they didnt have enough change to give so i was forced to go to another bank i was affiliated with to get money. I have made alot of complaints and im not the only one who shares that sentimant. This branch needs restructering asap.
