terrible services! absolutely no experience, no teamwork, no reliability. even the manager did not know how to renew a simple credit card. I have been requesting to renew my credit card and after 50 days and meeting with several of their incompetence staff, it has been two weeks since my credit card expired and still nothing has been done by this horrible branch. the WORST part is they don't even know what they don't know nor having access to!! just disrespecting customers by wasting their time. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH WITH YOUR MONEY NOR ANYTHING. just simply ignore this branch even exists.

Incompetent and unpleasant staff and you do a favor to give you a withdrawal of your own money no customer service, you speak French and you answer in English to advise against.
