the account sign up lady (sorry I forgot her name) I will update this later. She was amazing very professional, and wonderful. Also I was about to give up even though I was doing the promotion for the ipad because of bad service from the downtown Royal Bank but this lady fixed it, and I also received the ipad easily after meeting all the requirements of the account. Very happy.

That bank doesn't value it's client's time at all, by saying that it's not like other banks and they don't do things that most other banks do over the counter for business clients, you have to book an appointment, I guess they think that makea them look professional, but it's total b.s.. The service is needed now and not later when you don't have time to go to see the consultant. I don't need a consultation, it's a simple service that I need. Makes me want to change the bank.

It's too bad that they removed the business counter... Now everytime we need change we need to take 45minutes in account in case there are 2 customers in front of you because they need at least 15minutes each...
