Lack of professionalism. No follow ups, no nothing. Not a big fan of RBC but my experiences with them are going from bad to worse. Changing bank soon. Manulife or Tangerine I think are more customer oriented that the BIG 5.

Worst RBC branch in Montreal. Employees are very rude to customers, act like they serve you for free and you owe them something. I went there four times, and dealt with four different agents, one worse than the other.... Last time I stayed at the line for 15 minutes, and at the end I had to use the ATM machine because the agent was too lazy to fill out a deposit slip.... P.S. ATM was more polite ))))

Wasted nearly 2 hours at this branch activating my account, only to find out one month later that my account was never activated, and the changes I requested, never applied.
