One of the worst banks/branches I've ever dealt with. During Covid they give you a phone appointment to discuss your business, then they don't call at the pre arranged time or date. You have to keep chasing after them. Then they say oh sorry we've been overwhelmed. And this happened twice. They always have excuses. I took my business elsewhere.
