After much consideration, I chose to visit this branch to open new accounts. They helped me a lot with the process. Christopher Pineda, the associate, helped me a lot and patiently explained the types of accounts, the difference among them, the terms involved with fees and other charges etc. He even stayed late to complete the app installation and card activation. Thanks Chris! I really appreciate the service provided at this TD branch.
The teller refused to refund account fees which were not supposed to have been charged because of my student status. He even said the words "I see that you're graduating soon" but in the same breathe said "We don't refund fees, it's not an option. Maybe you can take the bus to another location that has in the past and ask them to do it." ??? I wouldn't even go back to use their ATMs. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Tellers were not wearing protective masks. In the past they would let me drop off 3rd party checks without waiting in line. Now during a pandemic, they insist I wait to simply drop off a check.
Terrible energy!!! Terrible service!!! RUDE AND NO CLASS!!! NICK THE MANAGER OR WHATEVER HE IS NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not go to that branch!!!!
The only TD bank that won't cash TD checks because of policies.. Alright
