The new BMO hours are awful. Anybody working a regular 9-5 job cannot visit the branch, and they don't offer customer service (by phone) on weekends. I will be looking to switch banks ASAP and transferring / closing my accounts with the BMO. I should not need to take a day off of work to visit the bank. This is ridiculous. Anybody considering joining BMO, run for the hills. I have other friends with bad experiences as well!
I made my first deposit of $2.00 into a kid’s account at a Bank of Montreal in Dorval in 1959. That was over 60 years ago and today I am still a satisfied customer of BMO. I have also been a client of the Queen Mary branch for a long time and I’ve found the staff here to be very friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about all my banking needs, and I truly hope to continue my relationship with BMO for many years to come.
crooks do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere
They never follow up on anything unless it becomes urgent. Very poor customer service. In 2 years, every single interaction was a nightmare.
