Completely incompetent staff. Advisors are useless and make tons of mistakes on simple transactions, to which the branch manager will defend their mistakes and put the blame on the client.
They make you want to close all your accounts and switch banks. Best thing about this branch are the ATMs.

Fast and courteous with a smile...
While my dog enjoys coming here, and the staff are welcoming, I would not use any service here other than the ATM. The staff on average is, simply put, incompetent. They are either undertrained, undersupervised, or just lack the skills needed for effective transacting. It has happened to me many times that important mistakes were made, and the manager Alex Naïm did not take accountability for the critical mistakes of his staff as well as his role as their overseer. In fact, he was defensive, dismissive and brusk, very odd behaviour for a bank manager, where the customer experience in the brick and mortar branch is so important.
Professional staff, courteous and very knowledgeable. If you bank with TD I suggest you do so at the Monkland branch.
Absolutely useless service. You'll walk in there with a simple request and leave wanting to throw away your TD card and close all accounts.
