Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

Regarding the Amber Tuccaro case; Shortly after the audio recording was released a name was brought forward to RCMP as the voice was immediately recognized. After a follow up with RCMP they indicated that the person was cleared for unknown reasons. Because i believe RCMP are grossly incompetent that Jerry Dusdal needs to be investigated again !!

Next time I’m in a situation in leduc I’ll not be calling the rcmp. They could care less about the well being of victims. After my event I heard nothing more about it until a officer from the Wetaskiwin rcmp gave me a court order. They will not call you back or give you any supportive information what so ever, they are as negligent as an alcoholic parent. I went to file a complaint, the not so kind lady when I voiced my frustration with how they had been so negligent the lady got angry with me and abruptly hung up. Worst excuse of a police department I’ve ever seen. If I could choose not a cent of tax money would go to their lack of care for their own community.

Dear Leduc RCMP. I was in a collision April 18th. I forgave you for taking 45 minutes to respond to my accident, I understand they are more urgent things happening in the world but I won't forgive you for how you are handling it. The constable on scene told me not to worry about getting the info from the gentleman that rear ended me as they would get it for me. I was supposed to be able to call you back and get the information from you. Well just an FYI for anyone in a car accident with this detachment arriving on scence. Get the information yourself. I have called three times asking for the information from the gentleman who hit me for my insurance claim. I am injured, I have no vehicle and I really just don't want to be burdened anymore. Three times I have been told that the information can not be released to me due to the Privacy Act. Which sounds like bs since my insurance company has never heard of anyone not being able to get the information from their own accident. I just need basic info, just so I can get my claim done. And not to mention I would have gotten that info from him anyway if I wasn't told not too. And how does it make sense if I am going to get it anyway when you finished uploading it to e collision? So you can break the Privacy Act a month from now? I have no idea where my vehicle is because you towed it away as it was undriveable. So that's awesome, can't even grab my belongings or have a piece of mind. I don't want to take public transportation as their is a pandemic going around and people around me are vulnerable. I can't get a rental car because I have to pay for it myself and I really shouldn't be. I didn't chose to get in an accident. I didn't chose to not have my vehicle to not be able to drive due to damages. I didn't chose to have an injury. So way to go. Also! You are telling me to get my insurance company to send a letter in to you to get the info faster. Didn't mention the fee though did you? $15-$49 for info that will take 6-8 weeks to receive. Good thing I called my insurance company about this, eh? Sounds a little bit like a scam to me. I have always respected the legal system and officers but this has made me question the security of it all. Don't trust officers on scene. Get everything yourself or you'll end up like me.

This happened nearly a year ago, but I reported about my alcoholic mom. My mom was abusing my sister so we went to the police. They were kind people, although the steps they took were odd and didn't help. They said they were gonna charge us for some reason, despite us not harming anyone... my mom was hurting my sister and she wasn't going to get anything. Then they called child services and sent us on a taxi and they didn't even know where they were gonna take us. Afterwards, I came back home to my abusive life. The police didn't help at all, I don't reccomend people coming here about abusive parents because they didn't do anything.

Horrible. My daughter was rear ended on Highway 2A, 5 minutes away from the police station, and it took them 45 minutes to arrive at the scene.
