TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Bank called me to offer payment deferral. Now I am being declined credit because they put some kind of alert message on my profile. Great

Nobody knows anything at this place. The very basic banking services seemed so complicated for them. Pretending to be busy but they are not. Never coming back.

A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL TELLERS This morning I was asking teller (Gorgina?) desk '3', about my investment account that I opened online 3 days ago! More than being rude, unprofessional and lacking all the customer service skills, she booked a wrong appointment for me and she didn't even bother her self to double-check that I have already an account and I don't need the list of documents that she requested me to bring neither the appointment, the only issue was that my account is not showing yet. Such a waste of time and energy! TD bank you need to be more selective for your employee!

Because I must give one star. Do not bank at this branch! The customer service is terrible and rude. I've never had a problem at any branch but this one; both my boyfriend and I! They always want to put holds on cheques and withhold or dont suggest solutions. Terrible, terrible, terrible! I wont EVER go back here. Very judgemental.

Interesting location. Rating may change on next visit, but unfortunately this time i felt like I was unwanted.
