TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

TD built their reputation and business on customer service and support..........it's a very different experience today! Mangers in branches are indifferent to long lines and frustrated customers, we can only assume senior management supports this culture. TD you are about people and money....you can do so much better

I have been a customer with TD for over 12 years. While we weren't needing anything beyond the basic chequing and savings accounts, they were fine to deal with. The people were friendly and we had what we needed. When the time came that we needed something more, however, we were given the equivalent to a kick in the teeth, and were told that there was nothing further that could be done. Our last few experiences at this branch were far from pleasant. The customer service has been appalling. I have called twice to ask questions about what's needed to close the accounts and was left on hold for over 5 minutes both times before being transferred to a voice message service that no one seems to check and return calls. We've changed banks but can't get through to this one in order to close our accounts with them. Definitely will not be returning to TD as a customer. They don't seem too concerned, however, and are not willing to provide any kind of customer care. Perhaps this means they have all the clientele they need.

TD will hold your money for a week they will tell you that they need to verify it but will give you 600 automatically. Worst bank I've been through nothing but a bunch of time wasters and half of them dont know what they are doing.

Excellent and very fast service. Straight forward.

Great service. Just wish they were open for a few hours on Saturday! Their hours of operation match most most people's working hours.
