If I could give them a lesser rating I would do everything you can to not use this bank as your main branch the branch manager William is his name is the type of person that takes things personally and runs his bank like it's his own personal piggy bank please if I could give them a lower rating I would do not go with this establishment I love RBC but this one is unbelievable
