The worst branch in the country! It's a terrible experience just trying to call them and when you do get to a real person they hang up. Absolutely worst bank definitely changing banks after this experience with them!

I have been with Scotia Bank...since 2004 Never had a problem with it ..The ladies at the Wetaskiwin branch are very friendly, and helpful

Heather Bieber financial advisor is so unexperienced. And she said no to apply my secured credit card when i asked why? She didn’t reply at all.

I'm very disappointed in this branch. They closed my business account without notice and screwed us. We were NSF and that was brought up.to Zero and they closed it. I'm honestly done with this bank.
