Kal Tire

Just had new tires installed here on my truck. I used their website to select the tires I wanted which was a very slick experience and then it allowed me to book an appointment at my local store in Wetaskiwin. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very pleased with the new tires.

Ordered rims tires the rims would be a few days, after a week was told the rims were there but waiting for tires. they saposta find out when but no return call so went in, then was told the tires were back order and not sure when, by then I was about to head north for work so just canceled. I will be going elsewhere when I get back. very poor service

Was very happy with all of the service staff when we had our new ALL WEATHER tires put on. Bobby, the service guys, all did a FANTASTIC and Caring job on my wife's car. I did get a bit of a sticker shock with the wheel alignment though. It was about double what I was quoted even with knowing that the shim on the back axle had to be installed. I thought it was part of the original quote but found out at the checkout that it was not. I will certainly continue to shop and trade with Kal Tire. We have more tires to buy and because of the AWESOME service and much of the pricing will continue to be a customer with these guys!
