Tim's has good food. That much is consistent. However this location the staff are often rude rushing you when you order.they have 2 windows but often shut one down because they can not seem to keep the orders straight. They re often out of key items

Spent my entire 30 min coffee break waiting in the drive through line. Finally get my coffee and its wrong, couldn't even drink it.

What a nightmare this location is. I ordered 2 wraps, wedges, and extra ranch on the side. They charged us for 3 wraps, were out of wedges, and got no ranch. We were trying to have them correct our order but they wouldn't take a minute to listen and kept listening to one part then shutting the window to correct it only to come back to us still trying to communicate the issue. It was eventually fixed somewhat. I wish they would have not charged us until the order was complete. As they should have known the wedges were gone, they mentioned the vehicle ahead had ordered a bunch, so then why charged me if you knew you were out of wedges? Gah. Just frustrated about this visit.

Friendly and fast service. My cinnamon bun was soooo tasty
