We love banking here! All the staff have been helpful and accommodating and our advisor Tricia is excellent. She is always on top of things that would help us out financially and always listens to us. Also, staff in Rocky and in Wetaskiwin have made it very easy for me to use my POA in handling my elderly mother's banking long distance when I can't get to her branch. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for sure!
Horrible Bank. Bad hours and bad customer service.
Not just rockys branch but the whole bank in general. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Would give them no stars if possible. Absolutely 100% only worried about their own best interest and refuses to help. Bank elsewhere!
